Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Keenup, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Keenup. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Personal hobby project

Keenup is a personal hobby project, not a commercial product. It is provided free of charge, as-is, with no guaranteed uptime, availability, or feature continuity. The service may be modified, paused, or shut down at any time without notice.

Because this is early-access software, you may encounter bugs, data loss, or breaking changes. Do not use Keenup for anything where reliability is critical.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
• You must provide a valid email address. Keenup uses magic-link email authentication — no passwords are stored.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Account deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period, after which all associated data is permanently erased.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Keenup to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
• Automate access in a way that places unreasonable load on the service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (event descriptions, chat messages, etc.). You grant Keenup a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you. Keenup does not sell or share your content with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for data handling details.

7. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keenup and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

Access to Keenup may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may terminate your own access by deleting your account.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Keenup after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
